Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Certain items such as clearance or personalized products may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Exchange Policy

We currently replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations may not be possible.
